SX Cylinder
Forced feed grooves of resin are machined on the inner surface of the hopper section.
Resin feed rate is increased by utilizing the resistance of the grooves.
We can design the groove shape according to the type & form of resin.

SX screw
Two-stage construction. The first stage taper position in the cylinder can be changed by changing the collar length of the journal section. Extrusion volume can be adjusted to suit the application.

● Special grooves in the plasticizing zone of both the cylinder & screw enable twice the extrusion volume of conventional extruders. And enabling high output of PP & PE resins.
● Overhaul of the reduction gears is possible. The average life of the extruder is 30 to 35 years with continuous overhaul.
