High torque is realized by adopting a helical gear reducer designed & manufactured by Ikegai. Stable extrusion molding of polycarbonate resin & resin with high inorganic filler content is possible, which places high load on the extruder.

In addition to general designs such as full flight, sub-flight, mixing, & dalmage, we have a lineup of various screw designs such as Ikegai original mixing & special dalmage.We will propose a screw that meets the customer’s request.

Overhaul of the reduction gears is possible. The average life of the extruder is 30 to 35 years with continuous overhaul.

Customized vent cylinder, cylinder water-cooling system, etc. are also available.
